The dining room can accommodate up to 25 guests for a seated meal. Our menu focuses on what we believe to be a proper "butcher shop" dining experience. There are no bells and whistles. It's not for the faint of heart. We're here for the carnivore who enjoys an endless amount of perfectly cooked meat by butchers who respect it. Guests can bring their own wine and or beer with no corkage fee. There will be no substitutions. Due to our aging of the beef please call for availability. We have two winter menus to choose from: The Hungry $75 per person Hors d'ouvres: Mixed salumi platter, mixed cheese platter and crostini Plated Salad: Pork pate accompanied by frisee salad with lemon vinaigrette 1st Meat: Chateau Briand Primo: Truffled farro risotto 2nd Meat: Bone-in ribeye with Tuscan salt and spices Dessert: Coffee or tea The I Am a Bottomless Pit of Carnivorous Hunger $85 per person Hors d'ouvres: Mixed salumi platter, mixed cheese platter and crostini Plated Salad: Pork pate accompanied by frisee salad with lemon vinaigrette 1st Meat: Chateau Briand Primo: Truffled farro risotto 2nd Meat: Bistecca Fiorentina with Tuscan salt and spices Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake with seasonal fruit, and coffee or tea.

| Beast Butchering Bonanza! Tired of Tupperware parties? boring backyard bbq's? snobby dinner parties? Here's your chance to bring the butcher shop to your house. We will send one of our butchers plus a guest (the Beast = lamb, pork, beef) to your house so you and your friends can participate in an educational butchering experience. Our trained butcher will teach all of you how to break a carcass down to individual portions, immediately ready to be thrown on the grill.
